Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed through our US store are sold by Kalkhome Inc. Products are supplied and shipped directly from Belgium to your US delivery address by Kalklitir BV.

Customs duties and import charges

Customs duties and import clearance charges for delivery to the United States are included in the shipping cost charged at checkout. You will not be asked to pay additional customs duties or import clearance fees upon delivery.

If a carrier requests payment of these charges, please contact us at shop@kalklitir.com before paying so we can resolve the issue.

This applies to delivery of your order to you. For change-of-mind returns, international return shipping to Belgium is at your expense, as explained in our Returns & Refunds policy.
